These Terms of Service govern access to Wireframe Studio, including the website, account area, AI brief parser, image generation workflow, video generation workflow, downloads, billing, and support.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13 to 17 may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for account credentials, billing authorization, the accuracy of your inputs, and all activity under your account.
Wireframe Studio provides AI-assisted personal brand kit generation, visual identity concepts, intro reels, opener videos, export bundles, and PDF brand guideline documents.
The service is not a professional branding agency, intellectual property law firm, trademark search provider, or guarantee of market success.
Subject to payment, plan limits, these terms, and third-party rights, you may use the outputs delivered in your account for personal or commercial brand presentation.
AI systems can generate similar or overlapping outputs for different users. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, registrable, legally protected, free of third-party claims, or suitable for trademark filing.
You must review outputs before use and run appropriate trademark, copyright, domain, and rights-clearance checks before public launch.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Checkout must disclose the plan name, billing period, price, credits, cancellation path, and policy links.
Credit packs are one-time purchases for Wireframe Studio services only. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another business, placed into a wallet, used with third parties, or used as a gift card.
You may cancel from billing settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for policy violations.
You will not submit prompts, images, names, likenesses, marks, or references that you do not have the right to use.
You will not use the service to impersonate another person, imitate protected brands, generate unlawful content, create official government documents, produce hate or extremist symbols, or evade safety controls.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms when the product, law, payment rules, or safety requirements change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
