We collect account details such as name, email address, password authentication state, billing status, support messages, and consent choices.

We collect project inputs such as role, industry, target audience, personality keywords, prompts, uploaded reference images, selected brand kits, generated assets, and usage history.

We collect technical data such as device type, browser type, session events, security logs, page interactions, approximate region derived from network data, and cookie preferences.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status, customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice data, refund status, and dispute events, but we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to provide accounts, parse brand briefs, generate visual kits, generate video reels, deliver downloads, process subscriptions and credit packs, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and keep records for tax, compliance, fraud, refund, and dispute handling.

We use uploaded references only to process the requested project, provide support, enforce safety controls, and maintain service reliability. We do not sell user files.

For GDPR purposes, we process data to perform our contract with users, comply with legal duties, protect legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, and respect consent where consent is required.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by emailing support. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, tax, security, fraud, dispute, or legal obligations.

For CCPA purposes, users may request access, deletion, correction, and information about data sharing. Wireframe Studio does not sell personal information.

We share information with infrastructure providers, AI processing providers, analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, security vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where required.

Project data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure so users can access downloads, resolve billing issues, and allow dispute evidence to be assembled. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.

Service providers may process data in countries different from the user's country. When required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
